NI WHEELIE EXPERIENCE

BUILT FROM A LIFETIME AROUND BIKES.

NI Wheelie Experience was created from a genuine lifelong passion for motorcycles and a simple idea: to give riders somewhere different to experience, learn and enjoy the feeling of lifting the front wheel in a controlled environment.

THIS DIDN'T START WITH A BUSINESS IDEA.

Motorbikes have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I grew up around them through my father. Bikes were always there. We went to road races, circuit racing and motorcycle events, and that interest became a passion that has stayed with me throughout my life.

For me, motorcycles have never just been a way of getting from one place to another.

It's the bikes themselves.

The sound.

The racing.

The people you meet.

Talking bikes for hours.

Working on them.

Riding them.

And that feeling you get every time you throw a leg over one.

Not from looking for the next business idea.

From a genuine love of motorcycles.

SO WHY A WHEELIE EXPERIENCE?

Most motorcyclists have wondered what it feels like to properly lift the front wheel.

Some have tried it. Some have never wanted to risk their own bike. And plenty simply haven't had somewhere suitable to experience it with somebody beside them talking them through what's happening.

That's what I wanted NI Wheelie Experience to offer.

A purpose-built stationary wheelie training setup where the focus isn't showing off or seeing who can get the bike highest.

It's about control, balance, confidence and enjoyment.

ONE RIDER AT A TIME.

ONE-TO-ONE COACHING.

NO PRESSURE.

AN ENVIRONMENT SPECIFICALLY BUILT AROUND THE EXPERIENCE.

CONTROL • BALANCE • WHEELIE.

Those three words aren't just our tagline.
They're what the whole experience is built around.

CONTROL

Understanding your inputs and what the motorcycle is doing underneath you. Throttle. Clutch. Rear brake. Smooth movements rather than panic reactions.

BALANCE

Becoming comfortable with the movement of the motorcycle and gradually developing a feel for what is happening as the front wheel comes up. Everything progresses at your pace.

WHEELIE

And then there's the part everybody came for. That feeling of bringing the front wheel up and experiencing something you've probably watched other riders do countless times. Only this time, you're the one on the bike.

ONE RIDER.

ONE COACH.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

One of the most important things to me when developing NI Wheelie Experience was that it wouldn't become a production line.

You're not one of ten people being rushed on and off the bike.

When it's your turn, the focus is on you.

We'll explain the machine before you start.

We'll demonstrate how everything works.

We'll talk you through the controls and what to expect.

And while you're on the bike, you'll receive one-to-one coaching throughout.

Some riders will pick things up quickly. Others will want to take their time. That's absolutely fine.

There isn't somebody standing behind you waiting for you to hurry up.

YOU PROGRESS AT YOUR OWN PACE.

A REAL MOTORCYCLE. A PURPOSE-BUILT EXPERIENCE.

This isn't a simulator.

At the centre of NI Wheelie Experience is a real motorcycle mounted within a purpose-built stationary wheelie training machine.

The setup has been developed specifically to allow riders to experience the movement involved while remaining within a controlled stationary training environment.

Before riding, every participant is briefed on how the setup operates and shown a demonstration of what to expect.

The idea is simple: take away as many of the distractions as possible and let the rider concentrate on the motorcycle, the controls and the experience.

MORE THAN GETTING THE FRONT WHEEL UP.

Yes, it's called NI Wheelie Experience. Of course lifting the front wheel is part of the fun.

But I want people to leave having enjoyed much more than that.

I want you to arrive excited, maybe even a little nervous, and leave absolutely buzzing.

I want riders talking about it on the way home.

I want friends coming back together.

I want motorcycle clubs making a day of it.

I want somebody who has looked at wheelies for years and thought, "I'd love to experience that", finally getting the opportunity to do it.

And I want NI Wheelie Experience to become somewhere people simply enjoy coming to because they love motorcycles too.

BUILT FOR THE MOTORCYCLE COMMUNITY.

SHOWS & MOTORCYCLE EVENTS

A genuine participation experience rather than something spectators can only stand and watch.

At the centre of all of it is the same thing:

PEOPLE WHO LOVE MOTORCYCLES.

FROM AN IDEA TO SOMETHING REAL.

A huge amount of work has gone into getting NI Wheelie Experience to this point.

The machine.

The motorcycle.

The premises.

Insurance.

Equipment.

Branding.

Planning.

Testing.

And all of the small details involved in turning an idea into something people can actually come and experience.

I've wanted to build it properly rather than rush it. Because when the first riders come through the doors, I want NI Wheelie Experience to feel like exactly that:

AN EXPERIENCE.

Not simply a bike strapped into a machine.

We've created a separate guide that takes you through the complete experience. From arriving and getting settled in, through your briefing and demonstration, to getting on the motorcycle for your one-to-one coaching.

SEE HOW IT WORKS

THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING.

NI Wheelie Experience has started with one idea and one simple aim:

To create something genuinely different for the motorcycle community in Northern Ireland.

A place built around motorcycles.

A place to learn.

A place to build confidence.

A place to talk bikes.

A place to experience something you've always wanted to try.

And above everything else...

A place to have a seriously good time on a motorcycle.
